Five times a day? That seems a little excessive. Heck, I couldn’t do that even when I was 17 years old, let alone now.
What the heck is a Japanese doctor doing promoting masturbation, anyway? With all the gorgeous women in Japan, I think he’d be better off promoting having safe sex five times a day. People would burn far more calories that way

I strongly feel that frequent masturbation feels one to lose confidence in themselves since you yield yourself to sexual temptations.It also makes one to lose their mental concentration.So, i opine that masturbatation should be avoided as much as possible.But, i feel that indulging in sexual interccourse with your life partner is good.I prefer sex to masturbation.But, sex also should be done occasionally.It should be done once a month, and not thrice/four times a month.
If you strictly abide by what i say,i think one can skyrocket themselves to greater heights in life.
